Buzz Aldrin

Aldrin grew up in a military aviation family and became an Air Force fighter pilot before specializing in orbital mechanics.

Make orbital rendezvous practical enough for complex human missions, then help land and work safely on the Moon.

Aldrin’s work on rendezvous techniques supported Gemini operations, and he later became the second person to walk on the Moon during Apollo 11.

His career links orbital mechanics directly to lunar exploration.

TransitSatellite can connect Aldrin’s rendezvous mathematics with Apollo 11, Earth orbit, and the Moon.
