We may share information with providers that help operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Google for analytics. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of the service.

As an Amazon Associate, TransitSatellite earns from qualifying purchases.

We retain account and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Analytics and technical logs may be retained according to the settings and policies of the applicable provider. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

You may revoke location permission through your browser or device, manage billing through the Stripe customer portal and request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's privacy

TransitSatellite is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. International users

TransitSatellite and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
